This amazing holiday cottage sits in an elevated position overlooking Aberdaron and has far reaching views out towards Porth Neigwl (Hells Mouth). Easily walkable or just a few minutes' drive from the village of Aberdaron which is an attractive, traditional, still Welsh speaking village steeped in history and offers tea rooms, shops, bars, restaurants and a fantastic sandy beach.

Amazing holiday home offering superb self catering holiday accommodation at Aberdaron.  If it's a sea view you're looking for you've certainly found it, plus it's situated right on the Welsh Coastal Path, making it ideal for walking enthusiasts and a great base to explore the Llyn Peninsula.  The property has 3 bedrooms, which are 2 doubles and 1 twin, farmhouse style kitchen diner and a comfortable lounge with inglenook fireplace and multi fuel stove, conservatory, family bathroom and separate shower room, patio, grassed lawns and well kept mature gardens.








Entrance door leads you into an enclosed porch, and then an inner hallway with access to bedrooms 2 and 3 and kitchen diner.

Bedroom 2 with double size bed, window with sea views. 

Bedroom 3 with two single size twin beds, flat screen TV with DVD, window with sea views. 

Kitchen Diner farmhouse style fitted kitchen with ample storage and work top space, gas oven and hob with cooker hood above, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with icebox. There is also a fridge/freezer in a cupboard opposite the bathroom. Large pine table with window seat and chairs to seat 6 plus high chair.
Lounge Lovely cosy comfortable lounge with large sofas, wicker chair and 2 wing chairs, large inglenook fireplace with multi fuel stove, flat screen smart TV.

Conservatory with fantastic sea views, wicker chairs with cushions and throws, side tables.
Bedroom 1 king size bed plus cot, flat screen TV, window with sea views.                                                                                

Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. .
Shower room with walk in shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
Patio area there is a paved patio with fantastic panoramic sea and countryside views, large table and chairs, plus comfortable wooden Adirondack relaxing garden chairs. 
Garden beautiful gardens laid to lawn with mature shrubs and plants, panoramic sea and countryside views. 

Please note the patio and garden areas are on several levels with steps toddlers must be supervised.

Parking ample off-road parking for several vehicles.
Heating gas central heating throughout plus multi-fuel stove in the lounge.
Friday changeover
