Lovely 3-bedroom caravan on the prestigious Tal y Fan Park, right next to and part of The Warren Abersoch.  Just a 10-minute stroll through the site to reach the beach and leisure facilities with indoor & outdoor swimming pools, spa, Club House and shop.  This beautiful caravan is immaculately presented and has the advantage of a large private and completely enclosed patio area with a range of outdoor furniture.  Open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, 3 bedrooms with the master being en-suite to the main family bathroom, plus a separate cloakroom.

Bedding - duvets and pillows are provided - guests to bring own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, tea towels and towels. If you require bed linen and/or towels, then this service may be provided at an extra charge from an independent company upon enquiry through ourselves.
Arrival / Departure times - Arrive from 5pm on day of arrival and depart by 9am on day of departure

Just want to take the opportunity to say that myself and my sister had a wonderful holiday and the caravan was absolutely lovely. We did have to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances but we did enjoy the time there. 
With regards to our stay we had a fantastic time and really enjoyed coming back to the caravan after a day out. The instructions you provided were clear and precise which made them very easy to follow especially when putting on the heating. As advised we are looking to stay next year and will definitely look at booking through Select Holiday Rentals again. 
Also the details you provide allowed to easily find the caravan and also have no problems gaining access. Thank you once again and we may be booking again next year.

We did really enjoy our break thanks. The caravan was very well equipped and we particularly liked having the private garden space which we were able to sit in and enjoy the sunshine at all times of day. It was also great having use of the facilities at The Warren. Although we didn’t use the club or the Sandbar, we did use the leisure facilities and shop. The park is in an excellent location just outside Abersoch but very convenient for Llanbedrog too. I would definitely stay again so would be interested in knowing what availability and prices you have for the remainder of this year and next summer. Thanks, Dave

Our second stay in G9 and it was just as good as the first. Great position with a lovely sunny patio. Dealing with Sue at Select Holiday Rentals is a dream. 10/08/18 The caravan and facilities were amazing. The staff at the Warren were really friendly, and the caravan allowed easy access to the facilities. The outside area was large and the caravan had all the amenities we could ask for.
