Chalet  is a fantastic luxury seafront chalet at The Warren Abersoch. There is a lovely decked patio which has breathtaking views including the whole of The Warren beach to the left, Abersoch to the right, and out to St Tudwals Islands. It is an immaculate modern chalet consisting of open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms and family bathroom.

Kitchen on a raised floor level, integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave, electric single oven with grill, halogen hob with extractor hood above, wine rack and drinks cooler, double bowl stainless steel sink unit
Dining area with oak effect table and six leather chairs
Patio doors two single opening patio doors leading onto the patio which overlooks the beach and sea
Patio with oblong table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers with cushions, the chalet doesn't have direct beach access from the patio, the beach entrance is nearby
Bedroom 1 King size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table with mirror, built in wardrobe, wall mounted flat screen TV and sound system
Bedroom 2 twin room with full size single beds, built in wardrobe, dressing table with mirror
Bedroom 3 twin room with single beds, built in wardrobe
Family bathroom Jacuzzi bath with shower over, vanity unit with large modern wash basin, shaver socket, heated towel rail, toilet
Underfloor heating
Parking for two/three cars to the side of the chalet.

Bedding - duvets and pillows are provided - guests to bring own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. If you require bed linen and/or towels, then this service may be provided at an extra charge from an independent company upon enquiry through ourselves.
Arrival / Departure times - Arrive from 5pm on day of arrival and depart by 9am on day of departure

We had an absolutely fantastic time thank you, the chalet is fantastic with everything we needed and the view from the balcony is absolutely breath taking. It was a holiday we will always remember.

We loved the accommodation, the view from it was nothing short of spectacular, with many beautiful places to walk nearby with wonderful views across Snowdonia.

Thanks for organising the chalet for us. Yes we had a nice time, bit weird with all the virus restrictions in place but down memory lane for us as we have spent lot of time on the Lynn Peninsula over the years but first time on the Warren.

We had a lovely holiday thank you - the view of the beach was just perfect! We found the chalet fine and no problem with registering our finger prints. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool - we were lucky as the weather was warm and it was quiet! We'd certainly like to visit again, maybe next September.

May I say that we were extremely pleased with our accommodation and The Warren in general. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate in returning at some time in the future. Due to our holiday only being of a short time we wanted to explore the area and as a consequence the Leisure facilities unfortunately did not get a visit due to lack of time. Carl and Sue

We had a lovely holiday, thank you. It was nice to visit when the weather was nice but there were few people around. The chalet was great, we'll definitely come back if we have another opportunity. Cate

Our stay was fantastic, obviously helped by the hottest May Bank Holiday weekend for 40 years!
Everything was lovely in the chalet, bigger inside than expected and more luxurious too. My wife particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi bath and heated floors.
We spent a lot of time outside on the decking furniture as it was so hot and admiring the sea view. Also had a great beach walk to Abersoch, chalet was in a great position for walks there. Parking was excellent, and the Spa/pool facilities were very enjoyable 
The only things I would recommend improving are the chalet steps down to beach from the decking really.
Other than that, I would find it hard to find fault with anything - shame of it was we didn't spend much time inside the chalet as the weather was so great! Mike
