Chalet is a luxury, seafront chalet sited in a fantastic position on the prestigious site The Warren. It has its own private steps offering direct beach access from the patio and fantastic views from the decked patio area of the beach, the sea, St Tudwal's Islands, the mainland peninsula, Llanbedrog Headland and the surrounding hills. It is conveniently positioned on site being just a short walk to the leisure facilities, shop and Club House. All the leisure facilities at The Warren are available for guests to use, and temporary family leisure membership is included in the cost. Facilities include heated indoor and outdoor pool complexes and an extensive range of activities to choose from catering for all tastes and ages. The chalet is one of the latest seafront designs and offers superb family accommodation consisting of:- 3 bedrooms, the master offers a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 further twin rooms and family bathroom, open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Outside there is a large decked patio with private steps to the beach and parking for 2/3 cars. The Warren is only approximately 1.5 miles from Abersoch village by road, or more directly via a walk along the beach - tides permitting.

We had a fantastic time! The chalet was more than we hoped for - a real home from home! Totally relaxing and an escape from our normal busy lives! The beach was beautiful - even on a rainy day and we made great use of the squash courts so all in all a great success

We had a great time, the chalet was light and airy and very well fitted out. The location of the chalet was perfect. We loved the terrace and the views. The beds were very comfortable. The outside storeroom with buckets and spades and kites etc. came in very handy. We’d definitely consider it again for next year.

We stayed in E18 for my fathers surprise 70th Birthday and what a birthday it was to remember! The chalet is beautiful and the location is perfect. We were very lucky with the weather and even saw the dolphins swimming passed one morning whilst we ate breakfast on the decking! The chalet is well equipped and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this accommodation to friends.

01/09/17 We had a fantastic holiday, shame the weather wasn't better, but you can't book that! Booking through Select was really easy and hassle free. The chalet was amazing, very well equipped, and what a view! We hope to return again.

All the children's toys were great and the equipment for the beach such as the windbreak, buckets and spades plus cool bags were a great touch! Apr 2017 - From the moment we arrived everything on the park looked fantastic. It wasn't until we climbed the steps to the chalet though that we got to truly experience how beautiful the location is. The views of the beach from the decking were sensational. When we went into the chalet we weren't let down either. The interior is beautiful and to a very high standard. We loved the chalet and view that much we hardly left it all week! Having direct access to the beach was the icing on the cake. We could sit and relax on the decking whilst the kids enjoyed playing in the sand. The outdoor storage was also great as it had everything needed to spend a lovely day on the beach, blanket, wind breaker, games etc. All in all it was our most favourite holiday yet and we will be back. Thank you.
